  To register for this event you will need to supply your name, company name, email address and phone number even though you may already be a member of the Forum. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
Payments:  Security protocols operated by some banks may cause problems with payments to the FEM as it is based outside the US.  If you have problems paying we recommend you contact your card issuer  to arrange for any blocks to be temporarily removed.  Please note we are unable to accept American Express cards for payment.
